Calling all former accounting teaching/student assistants!
Greetings from MSU! The Department of Accounting and Information Systems would like to start a database of all former accounting student teaching assistants. We have several reasons for wanting to get in touch with you. First, we want to know where you are and what you are doing. Secondly, we have plans underway for some potential alumni gatherings and want to send you information about the Al Aren’s Endowment Fund for Excellence in Teaching Introductory Accounting. The purpose of the endowment is to honor Al Aren’s contributions to the Department of Accounting and Information Systems at The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University while supporting excellence in the teaching of introductory accounting. The monies generated from the endowment fund will be used primarily to fund the continued use of student assistants and teaching assistants in the delivery of introductory accounting. As a former teaching assistant we thought you would be interested in this effort.
