| Jennifer Butler Ellis, PhD, specializes in organizational and interpersonal communication. Over the last twelve years, Jennifer has taught courses in public speaking, organizational communication, leadership, small group communication, and interpersonal communication. Her research interests include employee-employer psychological contracts and memorable messages in both the interpersonal and organizational context. |

Communication Consultants
| Joshua Hitt is in his first year as a Ph.D. student in Economics. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force prior to staring his graduate education, with experience in aircraft maintenance management, logistics, and acquisition. This includes extensive speaking, writing, and presentation experience. Josh earned his B.S. in Industrial Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. |

| Erin Maloney earned her M.A. in communication Science from the University of Connecticut in Stoors, Ct. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication focusing on media and health communication, with a doctoral specialization in environmental science and policy. Erin has taught several courses at the University of Connecticut as well as Michigan State University, including public speaking, communication campaigns, research methods, and various media courses. |
