| Jennifer Butler Ellis, PhD, specializes in organizational and interpersonal communication. Over the last twelve years, Jennifer has taught courses in public speaking, organizational communication, leadership, small group communication, and interpersonal communication. Her research interests include employee-employer psychological contracts and memorable messages in both the interpersonal and organizational context. |

Communication Consultants
| Rose Clark-Hitt is a second-year Ph.D. student in Communication and also in her second year with the E & Y Communication Center. She earned her B.S. in Speech Pathology & Audiology from Purdue University and Master of Business Administration at Eastern New Mexico University. Rose has taught several courses and worked for Sinclair Community College’s Academic Resource Center. |

| Rachel Kim earned her M.A. in Speech from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication focusing on interpersonal and intercultural communication. She has taught various courses including public speaking and interpersonal communication, and has been involved with the international TA community through the MSU Tap’s Buddy Program. |

| Joshua Hitt is in his first year as a Ph.D. student in Economics. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force prior to starting his graduate education, with experience in aircraft maintenance management, logistics, and acquisition. His duties included extensive speaking, writing, and presentation experience. |
