I authorize Michigan State University to reproduce photographs taken by me in university publications, including web sites or other electronic forms or media, and to offer the photographs for use or distribution to other university departments, without notifying me. I understand and agree that these images may be edited, duplicated, distributed with or without charge, reproduced, broadcast and/or reformatted in any form and manner without payment of fees, in perpetuity.
