Outslay receives ‘outstanding manuscript’ award

Professor Ed Outslay was selected to receive the American Tax Association’s 2005 Outstanding Manuscript Award (with co-author Gary McGill) for their paper, “Lost in Translation: Detecting Tax Shelter Activity in Financial Statements,” published in the September 2004 National Tax Journal.
