Shields receives IMA’s top teaching honor
Mike Shields, Ernest W. and Robert W. Schaberg Endowed Chair in Accounting, was recently selected to receive the 2006 Institute of Management Accounting (IMA) Lee Brummet Award.
The award recognizes the most distinguished teachers in management accounting based on a notable accounting teaching career, a record of scholarship in management accounting and service to the IMA.
