Alumni recruiters come back for Career Gallery! Broad alumni were among the representatives of more than 200 companies on campus October 6 and 7 to meet with students at the annual Career Gallery. In all, more than 3,500 students of all majors met with recruiters. Learn more about this jobs event. WANTED: Marketing and supply chain alumni for Broad Career Coach program Broad alumni professionals in marketing and supply chain can help enrich the Broad Career Coach experience for undergrads and MBAs in those majors by volunteering as coaches. CLM Shadow Day volunteers needed The East and Central Michigan Roundtables of the Council of Logistics Management (CLM) are seeking Michigan volunteers for the November 18, 2004, Logistics Student Shadow Day and Dinner. According to John Fitch, Broad information liaison for the Council, logistics professionals can get details by contacting the Broad School Department of Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Broad MBA ranked 8th among regional schools The Wall Street Journal's annual survey of recruiters placed the Broad School's MBA program 8th regionally, compared to 21st overall last year. MBA team takes first place in National Case Competition Another Broad School MBA team won the National Black MBA Case Competition - this will be the third time in four years that a Broad School team has placed among the top three for this prestigious competition. Read more. First application deadline nears for Full-time MBA program Applications to the MBA program for the class of 2005 received by November 1, 2004, will receive a determination by December 17. The Broad MBA Program encourages interested, qualified candidates to apply as early as possible. Three other deadline dates are set to allow candidates to apply for entrance in the fall of 2005. The remaining 2005 dates are: January 10 (determination by March 4), March 7 (determination by April 29), and May 2 (determination by June 3). Executive and Weekend MBA programs announce fall series of information sessions A schedule of eight information/exploration sessions is posted on the Broad School Web site for the Executive MBA and the Weekend MBA programs. Persons interested in learning more about the night and weekend alternatives to achieving an MBA can find sessions in Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Kalamazoo, Traverse City and Troy. Broad School's 2003-2004 year-in-review highlights faculty research The Broad School's annual report has just been published. This year, the focus is on our faculty and their leading-edge research.
