CLODE has second annual board meeting and establishes research steering board.
The second annual CLODE Corporate Partnership was held on January 4, 2006. During this Board Meeting, the three CLODE research projects of 1) Gain Insights Into The Digital Enterprise,
2) Design of Governance For The Digital Enterprise, and 3) Agility and Strategic Orientation of The Digital Enterprise were discussed and validated. The Board recommended the formation of a CLODE Research Steering Board. The charter of this new board is to
1) create a steering team comprised of CLODE Board companies who resource and direct the research projects, and 2) quickly assimilate research results back to sponsor companies. The Research Steering Board will be comprised of individuals from all of the CLODE board companies.
