A: A full year membership is $30. Don't delay!
Q: Is food offered at the meetings?
A: Pizza and pop are free at every meeting. We like to mix it up a little bit, so let us know your favorite food and we will consider ordering it for the next meeting. Email Greg Otter at ottergre@msu.edu with any ideas or speak up at the next meeting!
Q: Do you need to be a member to attend meetings?
A: No, you can attend meetings without becoming a paying member. However, you will not be entitled to some member only meetings, and other opportunities membership can offer.
Q: Why should I join the Accounting Student Association?
A: The Accounting Student Association is a great way to meet professionals in the accounting field, as well as other students with similar interests. Our meetings are very informational and offer you the chance to learn about different companies, and even drop off your resume.

A: The Accounting Student Association meets on Monday or Tuesday night depending on the week. This allows members to attend at least some meetings in the case that they have an obligation on certain nights.
Q: Where do I turn in the membership form?
A: You can turn in the membership form at any of our general meetings, or in our mailbox in N270 BCC. You may ask one of the secretaries where our mailbox is and they can assist you. You will then receive a confirmation email from Alison that we have received your membership form and dues.
Q: I'm interested in becoming more involved as an officer on the E-Board; how would someone like me apply for a role on the executive board?
A: ASA will be hosting interviews in the spring semester for the 2010-2011 E-Board. We will make applications available, and from there will select candidates for interviews. Be sure to watch for more information in the spring about the process.
