As the Hispanic population - now the largest minority in the United States - continues to grow, it is vital that our youth encounter increasing business and academic opportunities. By helping students acquire the tools needed for success in the ever-changing world of business, the NHBA acts to ensure Hispanic undergraduates have these opportunities - opportunities to contribute to their communities, to society, and to the corporate world. Through its annual leadership conference, career resource center, and corporate partnerships, the NHBA not only creates these opportunities, but makes them a reality.
