External Affairs Committee

The External Affairs Committee is the Student Senate’s primary internal fundraising and community service organization group. This committee’s main goals is to better our members as individuals and a group, while making an impact in the East Lansing community.
Some of the 2007-2008 schools year’s past and upcoming fundraising activities include clean-ups, restaurant fundraisers, raffles, and a bowl-a-thon. Our community service projects include playing bingo with the elderly, working with MSU’s Project Green organization, raising money for MSU Safe House, assisting in a bone marrow registry drive, and sponsoring a pizza party/ movie night with the Mid-Michigan Ronald McDonald House.
