If you have Excel 97, you will want to download the workbooks designed for that version. Click here to get to them.

You must be using Netscape Navigator to open the Excel files! Internet Explorer will not work!

Use the table below to download the printed instructions and Excel spreadsheets. The printed instructions are in the form of pdf files, and require Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 as a helper to your web browser. You will need Excel 5.0 or higher running on your computer to use the spreadsheets.

If Excel is properly configured as a helper application in your browser, the sheets will open when you click on the file name of the one you want. Otherwise you will be prompted to save the spreadsheet to a directory you choose. If you have trouble downloading and starting automatically, check your helper applications and make sure these two MIME types are registered for Excel:

application/excel

application/x-excel

If necessary, remember to use the Zoom option on the View menu to fit a spreadsheet to your monitor.

Finally, to make entering values easier, choose Tools|Options|Edit in Excel, and deselect the item "Move Selection after Return".

These are copyright materials. You may download the pdf files and print one copy for your own use. You may not distribute copies of any of these materials to others, even if you don't charge for it! Remember the leather-winged demon I talked about on another page? If you copy or network any of these materials, flocks of those same leather-winged demons will rise from the earth and make your life unbelievably miserable.
