Bio(s)

• Ida Elisa Ragatz brings a new dimension of service to the Henry Center. Ida coordinates meetings, food and beverage, hotel lodging, audiovisual, recreation and entertainment. She also oversees and inspects final event preparations.
  
  Ida received a B.A. from The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University and an Associates degree in General Business Management from Lansing Community College. She came to the Henry Center from the University Club of MSU, where she worked as a Catering Sales Manager and was a member of the Club Managers of America Association. She is certified, through the National Restaurant Association, as a ServSafe Protection Instructor.
