Activities

On site activities are available to all Henry Center guests for a nominal fee, including:

• A high-tech fitness center and indulgent spa experience at the University Club connected to the Henry Center. Complementary use of the tennis court and outdoor pool are also available for use Memorial Day through Labor Day for hotel guests.
• Forest Akers Golf Course which encompasses a set of two 18-hole championship courses, the acclaimed Golf Center practice facility and two Golf Pro Shops.

Michigan State and Lansing-area attractions include:

• Michigan State University sporting events, such as football at Spartan Stadium, basketball at the Breslin Student Events Center and hockey at Munn Ice Arena, just to name a few. Several national concert acts also perform at the Breslin Center periodically.
• Art and history at Kresge Art Museum and the MSU Museum.
• Broadway shows at the Wharton Center for Performing Arts.
• Science and discovery at Lansing's Impression 5 Science Museum.
• Class A baseball, the Lansing Lugnuts, at Oldsmobile Park.
• Animals and nature at Lansing's Potter Park Zoo.
• Michigan history at the Michigan Capitol Complex, which includes the State Capitol, the Library of Michigan, the Michigan Historical Museum and the State Archives.
