Eligibility
Each applicant is evaluated using the following criteria:
- Leadership potential as demonstrated by management work experience.
- Academic record from an accredited college, university or recognized equivalent.
- General aptitude for graduate management education as indicated by Executive MBA application documents. Motivation, intellectual curiosity, high ethical standards, and teamwork are essential characteristics for participants in the Executive MBA program.
- Eight or more years of work experience and four or more years of management experience.
Many factors are weighed in the admission process, and it may be possible to waive a requirement listed above. An interview with a program director is a requirement for all applicants to the Executive MBA program.
