Q: How do I register for a program?
A: Program registration can be done on-line, via facsimile (517/353-0796), via telephone (800/356-5705) or via mail.
Q: What payment options are available?
A: Registration fees can be paid via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or check (payable to Michigan State University) at the time of registration. Alternatively, we can provide an invoice at the time of registration for payment 30 days prior to the program start.
Q: Can I make payments in installments or defer payment until a later date?
A: Unique circumstances often require unique solutions. If you have a special payment request, please contact us via telephone (800/356-5705) or e-mail (edp@bus.msu.edu).
Q: Can I receive a refund of registration fees if I cancel my registration?
A: In general, refunds are available for registration cancellation. However, individual program policies vary. Please consult the individual program brochure for details.
