Program Benefits
- This is the third of the four total units that make up the program. Classes are held on six consecutive Saturdays beginning Jan. 9 and continuing thru Feb. 13.
- Classes run from 9:00am - 4:00pm each Saturday.
- Unit 3 covers General and States Rules/Regulations for Dietary Services in Long Term Care Facilities, medicare, fire safety.
