2010 CFA Scholarships announced

2010 CFA scholarships were recently announced. Students were competing for one of five scholarships that will cover their expenses to take the CFA exam next June.

Optimal portfolio-consumption choice, derivatives pricing, and optimal contracting.

Bio(s)

Mark Schroder a professor of Finance for the Broad School. He has a Ph.D. in Finance from Northwestern University and a Finance MBA from University of Chicago. From 1994-1998, he was assistant professor at State University of New York.
In addition to academics, Dr. Schroder has done consulting work for Fuji Securities and Nesbitt-Buns Securities. Also, he has worked for the Chicago Board of Trade, Chicago Research and Trading, as well as Prudential-Bache Securities.
