The faculty of the Department of Finance is eager to work with doctoral students and help them develop as scholars. Our research interests cover all of the major areas of finance including corporate finance, international finance, financial intermediation, financial markets, portfolio theory, empirical investments, and theoretical asset pricing. A goal of our program is to involve doctoral students in research projects with faculty members early in their degree program. We encourage strong candidates to consider joining us.
