Broad School logo use
Like most organizations, the Eli Broad College of Business and the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management have specific logos designated for use in publications and advertising, and on Web sites, signage, and specialty items. The two Broad School logos are part of our identity and help brand us in the marketplace.
In fact Michigan State University has their own logo use guidelines for printed materials and guidelines for Web uses, which the Broad School logo guidelines are based on. However, please note: The Michigan State University logo cannot be used alone at all for Broad School print, advertising, specialty items, or for any electronic purposes.
Part of our contractual agreement with our naming donor, Eli Broad, restricts us to using only the Broad School logos (which incorporate the Michigan State University logo) and using those Broad School logos in specific ways:
- The typeface cannot be changed or altered. The typeface for the Broad name has been contractually stipulated by Eli Broad.
- Elements in the logo cannot be separated from each other, eliminated, or reassembled differently than shown here.
- The logo {A & B} may be used in black or a specific green ink only (PMS 341 in printed materials; web safe 006633 in all electronic materials). If you "reverse" out the logo {C & D} , so that it appears on a dark background in white, both the Broad name and the Michigan State wordmark must appear in white.
