Over the last eight years, the Broad School’s placement in this particular ranking has ranged from 23 to 40 (the program was ranked 40th last year as well). It’s important to note that – in comparison to last year’s U.S. News ranking – the program’s recruiter assessment score improved, the average GPA and GMAT scores improved, the average starting salary increased and the peer assessment score remained the same. The percentage of graduates employed at graduation and three months after went down slightly, as it did at the vast majority of the schools ranked above the Broad School.
According to the U.S. News methodology, 426 AACSB-accredited business programs were considered for this year’s ranking, which – at 40 – puts the Broad School above the 90th percentile among all accredited programs.
