Jane Randolph, office supervisor in Undergraduate Academic Services (UAS) at the Broad School, was recently awarded The Supervisor Recognition Award by Michigan State University’s Family Resource Center (FRC).
Since 2001, the FRC has selected Supervisor Recognition Award winners who are highly regarded by their employees for their consistent support of their professional and personal needs through positive leadership and managerial practices. Randolph, a UAS supervisor for 25 years, was nominated for this award by her employees.
“Jane has promoted the well-being of individuals and families through her keen, compassionate supervisory style,” says Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Education and Academic Services Eileen Wilson. “She views families as extensions of employees and understands, as a manager, the value of ‘peace of mind’ about home when an employee is at work.”
