How to request support:
1. If you are a Broad School faculty or staff, you can enter a service request
in the support center. You
will be contacted by the next available technician.
2. Call the NRC at 353-1646. If no one answers, please leave a phone message.
If the issue is an IT emergency, press “8” at the end of your message. This
will mark the message as urgent, sending a page to the on-duty technician.
