PhD Application Check List
Required Application Materials for the Department of Management:
- Application for Admission on-line (If unable to submit your application and pay the fee on-line, send completed application, attach check or money order for $50, and mail with supporting materials.)
- Application fee (pay on-line with credit card)
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
- Three Letters of Recommendation
- Statement of Purpose – It should address:
- area(s) of management in which you are interested
- why you believe the program and faculty at MSU fit your interests, and
- your career objectives upon completion of your degree
- GMAT (preferred) or GRE Score (Dept Codes: GMAT - QHO-5P and GRE - 1465)
- TOEFL Score – required for International students (Department Code: 1465)
