Broad Executive Forum to feature
Microsoft CEO Ballmer

Registration is now open for the Broad School's premier event, the Broad Executive Forum. Held at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy, Mich., this year marks the 39th year for the event. On Wednesday, December 1, 2004, our keynote speaker, Microsoft Corp. CEO Steve Ballmer, will share his passion for customer satisfaction with attendees, who pack the house each year to learn new ideas and network.

This year's theme is "$ecrets of Extreme Customer Service," and the schedule of events includes:

• 2:00 p.m.: Faculty workshop entitled "Using IT to Enrich Customer Relationships" presented by Associate Professor of Information Technology Cheri Speier;
• 3:30 p.m.: Industry panel discussion entitled "Winning Loyal Customers" with moderator Doron Levin, Bloomberg News Columnist, and panelists J. D. Power and Associates President and CEO Steve Goodall, Verizon Wireless Regional President Greg Haller, Eli Broad College of Business Professor of Marketing Gilbert Harrell, Morgan Stanley Chief Marketing Officer Steve Liguori and Cadillac Director of Marketing Jay Spenchian;
• 5:00 p.m.: Reception;
• 6:00 p.m.: Dinner with keynote presentation immediately following.
