Spartan Sponsors Mentor Program -- Alumni

Have you ever …
…wanted to make a difference in someone's life?
…contributed in a meaningful way to the future leaders of the industry?
…remembered words of wisdom someone shared as you began your career?

If you answered "yes" to any of the questions, consider being involved in the Spartan Sponsors Mentor Program in which students and alumni with similar career interests are paired with each other, both on campus at the annual Homecoming Spartan Sponsors Mentor Program meeting, and throughout the year with phone calls and email. The connections made are a win-win, broadening the students' perspectives and allowing practicing professionals to share insights and "give back" in a way that can help a young person start down a path to success.

If you are interested, please fill out the Spartan Sponsor application available at the link below. The deadline to sign-up for this program is October 1 of each year. Once you are paired with your student, you are invited to attend the Homecoming kick-off event. If that is impossible, you can still be a Spartan Sponsor Mentor by phoning or emailing your student as often as your schedule permits - and of course, you are invited to visit campus anytime. The mentor relationship lasts one school year. You and your student may choose to continue your mentoring relationship across consecutive years, or you can be paired with someone new each year.
