Positions available for Management Associat Program: Heavy emphasis on working in all aspects of the operation and gaining a solid knowledge base of each department – from the ground up. Three rotations (eight months in length) will include areas of focus in such disciplines as; Rooms, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Marketing & Sales, Revenue Management, Accounting and Spa Operations. We want Associates that aren’t afraid to “get in the trenches” and learn each position with enthusiasm and humility. (Don’t worry though – we won’t let you get lost doing routine jobs. We’ll balance your learning with both hands-on opportunities and time spent learning the management functions as well.)
