The Global Hospitality Business Organization has the mission to create a network of international and American students who support each other's career goals. The objectives of the organization are to form a network with other hospitality clubs and organizations, to communicate with alumni all over the world, to invite guest speakers to MSU, collect information on international job opportunities and to expose students to various cultures in order to create an awareness of the global hospitality industry. Past guest speakers have included Steve Rushmore, President of HVS International and Alon Ben Gurion, General Manager of the Waldorf-Astoria.
