The Society for Foodservice Management promotes non-commercial foodservice knowledge and contacts through discussion, publications, speakers and meetings. SFM also organizes tours of foodservice facilities throughout Michigan and surrounding states courtesy of various industry partners. With the combined efforts of many students, the organization opens many doors to internship opportunities within the foodservice industry.
