| Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is a casual theme restaurant inspired by the movie "Forrest Gump." We are a fast-growing, multi-concept company located in some of the most exciting and beautiful places in the world.
We offer FOH and BOH internships at all of our locations. As an intern you will work 13 weeks and have 3 job rotations. The first 2 rotations are 5 weeks each and are paid at the average hourly wage for that position. The final rotation is 3 weeks and is the Manager Assistant rotation where you will be exposed to writing schedules, managing the shift, opening/closing the restaurant, inventory and ordering, and guest interaction.
We offer FOH Manager positions as well. A FOH Manager will be involed in multiple departments and work with 200 + employees. You should be able to work 10 hours shifts and sometimes more. Your responsibilities would include: creating a fun environment every day, interacting with guests, motivating staff, developing and challenging your employees, ordering, inventory, scheduling, hiring, terminating, conducting performance reviews, and have a working knowledge of P & L. |
