| Bubba Gump Shrimp Company Restaurants, Inc. is a casual theme restaurant inspired by the movie "Forrest Gump." We are a fast-growing, multi-concept company located in some of the most exciting and beautiful places in the world!
We are hiring for the following positions:
FOH/BOH Internship - We offer FOH and BOH internships in most of our restaurant locations at any time of the year. As an intern you will work 13 weeks and have 3 job rotations. The first 2 rotations are hourly positions paid at the average hourly rate for that position. The final rotation is the Manager Assistant rotation where you will be exposed to writing schedules, managing the shift, opening/closing the restaurant, cash handling, manager meetings, and guest and employee interaction.
FOH Manager - You will be involved in multiple departments and work with 200 + employees. You should be able to work a 10 hour shift and sometimes more. Your
responsibilities include: creating a fun environment every day, interacting with staff and guest, motivating the staff, developing your staff by creating challenges for them, ordering, inventory, scheduling, hiring, conducting performance reviews, cash handling, running successful shifts, and have a working a knowledge of P&L. |
