• Kristen Hintz is an Associate Director of the MBA Career Services Center (CSC) at the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management primarily working with students pursuing internships and full-time positions in Supply Chain Management. Kristen has been instrumental in helping students formulate effective job strategies that match their career interests and aspirations. She facilitates students in mastering their interviewing and networking skills, and developing effective cover letters and resumes. Kristen also actively works with employers, monitors recruitment trends and seeks every opportunity to market MBA students concentrating in supply chain to hiring companies.
  
  Kristen also is knowledgeable about visa regulations, work authorization and immigration issues, given her earlier experiences with international students. To assist MBA students, Kristen organizes a workshop conducted by a top immigration attorney on the issue of obtaining an H1B visa for employment in the United States. In 2003 Kristen was selected by the student body to receive the Staff Member of the Year recognition.
  
  Prior to joining MBA CSC, Kristen directed programmtic operations for residence hall facilities at Michigan State University and other small private colleges. Her responsibilities included coordinating co-curricular activities, community service, judicial and alumni affairs for resident students.
  
  Kristen received her Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Hope College and Masters Degree in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University.
