• As an Associate Director in the MBA Career Services Center (CSC) at the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management, Pam Jehner plays a strategic role in marketing the Broad MBA program and students to prospective employers. She is responsible for developing and maintaining corporate relationships, managing on-campus recruiting activities and the Annual MBA Career Exploration Conference. Pam is a Career Services representative on the MBA Admission Committee reviewing application materials, interviewing and recommending prospective students for admission into the program.
  
  In addition to managing recruiter relationships, Pam works very closely with MBA candidates and is the primary contact for students who major in Human Resources and Finance. She leads career planning and mock interviews, and assists students in resume writing to ensure that resumes contain relevant information, are attention catching and easy-to-read. Pam also develops strategic workshops on networking and negotiating to enhance students’ competences and help them successfully manage their career. She actively works to organize the annual Broad vs. Broad Internal Case Competition, raising funds and bringing in corporate judges. This year Pam secured 22 corporate judges and raised over $15K.
  
  Prior to joining the MBA CSC team, Pam worked at Pepsi Cola as a logistics manager. She received her Associate Degree in Human Resources from Lansing Community College and Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Northwood University. In addition, Pam has achieved her PHR certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
