  Penni Vandecar is the Secretary for the MBA Career Services Center (CSC) and the “face” of the office. Being in the “front line position” she is the very first contact person for recruiters and students visiting the CSC office. Penni is very knowledgeable and can help answer students’ general questions to save them time. She is very open and considerate of the students and friendly to recruiters, building a favorable image of the MBA CSC office. Her responsibilities include assisting recruiters when they interview on campus, ensuring accuracy of the interview schedule, keeping the Alumni Connection Database up-to-date and helping other staff throughout the year to organize special projects, such as Bridge Orientation Program and Employment Conferences.
  
  Prior to joining the MBA CSC, Penni worked at Sparrow Certified Home Care as a manager assistant and nurse coordinator, arranging nurses schedules and handling patient issues.
