- Harrison McKnight obtained a Ph.D. in Management of Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Minnesota. He primarily conducts field research, focusing on trust building and technical employee retention. Some of his work has been published in MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, and the Academy of Management Review.
