Bio(s)
- Dr. Jennifer Butler Ellis specializes in organizational and interpersonal communication. Over the last twelve years, Jennifer has taught courses in public speaking, organizational communication, leadership, small group communication, and interpersonal communication. Her research interests include employee-employer psychological contracts, voice and silence in organizations, and memorable messages in both the interpersonal and organizational context.
