Bio(s)
- Scott Bronson is an Assistant Professor of Accounting with the Broad College of Business. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accountancy from Miami University in 1997 and his Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee in 2006. Prior to pursuing a Ph.D., Scott spent three years as an auditor with the Chicago office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. After leaving PwC, he worked for two years in the accounting department of Trans Union International.
Scott's research interests include the effects of financial statement audits, corporate governance, and recent regulations on firms' financial and internal control reporting along with the effects of recent regulations on smaller companies.
