- Joe Garcia is the Director of the MBA Career Services Center (CSC) at the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management. He is responsible for building productive relationships with corporate recruiters that result in employment for the school’s approximately 200 full-time, 200 weekend, and 50 executive MBA students. He works closely with all students guiding their efforts to obtain internships and permanent employment.
Most recently Joe held the position of senior manager with Continuant Corporation, maintaining client relationships with premier companies such as Ford Motor Credit, AOL, Convergys, and NCR. Prior to Continuant Joe held various management positions with fortune 500 companies in the telecommunication industry.
Joe holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Communications and Spanish from Western Michigan University.
Joe and wife Erika have 2 children, Cruz and Jake. Joe enjoys spending time with his family, coaching soccer, and watching MSU football. Joe is an avid runner competing in various marathons and ½ marathons across the country.
