Win-Win Competition: A Perspective on Competition in the Supply Chain from the Private Sector
This issue of the Broad Supply Chain Management Executive Briefing highlights an article written by Dave Nelson and Joseph Sandor, “Win-Win Competition: A Perspective on Competition in the Supply Chain from the Private Sector.” This article was featured in the October 2009 FAIR Point of View Series. The article discusses how commercial practices and trends can inform future federal procurement policy and process improvements and especially how a focus on maintaining healthy supplier-purchaser collaboration, as opposed to "blind" competition, can offer greater mutual strategic benefits.
