Admission to The Eli Broad College of Business
Enrollments in the Broad College of Business are limited, and admission to the College is competitive. Criteria for admission are listed below.
- Completion of at least 56 credits.

Completion of the following core courses:
- MTH 103 or MTH 124
- EC 201 or EC 202
- ACC 201
- ACC 202 or CSE 101 or second Economics from 2.b.
- Admission decisions are based primarily on cumulative University grade-point average and grades in the core courses listed above. Click here to calculate your precore GPA. Other factors such as major preference and diversity may also be considered.
Spring 2007 General Admission Standards:
- A 3.10 cumulative and precore GPA.
- A 3.30 cumulative and precore GPA for Accounting majors with grades in ACC 201 & ACC 202 also considered.
- Standards may be higher at the end of this semester.
