| Description: | Need-based selling and leadership role in meeting client needs. Advanced methods of questioning, customer need analysis, negotiation, effective presentations and interpersonal communication relationships with clients. Sales role-playing presentations, business and technical writing, portfolio presentations, and case studies. |
