Qualifications for Admissions
Motivation, intellectual curiosity, and high ethical standards are essential characteristics to participate in the Weekend MBA program. Applicants should be well prepared academically and bring a range of professional and life experiences to the learning process. Each applicant is evaluated based on these criteria and in relation to others in the applicant group.
Successful applicants have demonstrated an aptitude for career advancement and leadership. Career potential is evaluated by the extent to which applicants have increased their workplace responsibility and improved their managerial skills. These skills may apply to managing people, processes, or both. The admissions committee will also assess the applicant’s nomination and recommendations.
Previous academic performance and results on the GMAT exhibit your potential for success in the program. While prior college-level business courses are not required for admissions, applicants should have completed college algebra and statistics. Competitive applicants should have a minimum 3.00 grade point average in the last two years of undergraduate study and strong GMAT results.
