Driving a Dynamic Learning Environment
The Weekend MBA is based on interactive, intellectual exchange and learning in partnership with others. The foundation of your learning experience will be your study team, a group of four to five individuals that will become your network for learning, sharing information, resources, and perspectives.
Your team will be selected and organized before the start of the program, based on participants’ work or home locations for convenience, also taking into consideration the importance of having a cross-functional team. The members of your team will work together throughout the program on projects, papers, and class presentations.
You will also have individual assignments and responsibilities. Many projects will be immediately applicable to your current work environment. A commitment to learning is an essential aspect of an MBA education, one that involves time and energy. Mastery of subject areas is expected through participation in both team assignments and individual responsibilities.
